Congratulations on your acceptance into the University of Washington! Phi Delta Theta is a Fraternity on campus and we're pleased to announce $10,000 in scholarships this summer. Anybody who will be starting their academic careers at the University of Washington during the 2023-2024 academic year is eligible to apply — even those who don't plan on joining a Fraternity.

The Freshman Opportunity Scholarship is intended for incoming Freshman who exemplify Phi Delta Theta's foundational principles of friendship, sound learning, and moral rectitude. More information about our Fraternity can be found on our Instagram page!

In order to be considered for the scholarship, please fill out the attached form by August 15th, 2023. As the application is on a rolling basis, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible for priority. Individual scholarships vary depending on the strength of the applicants as assessed at the leadership camp. Historically, individual awards have ranged from $500 to $1,000.

The strongest candidates will be invited for individual interviews. Finalists will then be asked to attend our leadership camp for a weekend in late summer. The dates for the leadership camping trips will be announced at the end of the application phase, to accommodate the availability of scholarship finalists.
